Urgent! Some of my books are years old and almost ready for publishing

It was working fine until it started lagging and stuttering, I tried reloading only to be booted from my account and have to log in again. However upon trying to log in, I constantly receive the same message, I've reset my phone and tried to reset my account, please help, these stories are actually important to me.

No guys, this is not just you. Currently the website has serious connection problems when you are still logged in. If you arent you wont be able to sign in at all. At this point it really is an impudence that we are forced to pay for the use of a service like this.

Appears NovelAI has crashed.

The website is amazing, it helped me create and improve a bunch of stories. The AIs are very powerful as well but I guess you gotta figure out which one is more suitable for you. As of now though, the website's down, I keep getting a 404 error

Amazing just has minor bugs. I think though it would be a good idea to give people unlimited generations but add 6 themes and settings that they need the paid versions to access and to access the better AI (like they are now) they need to pay a bit more every month so for example
-Unlimited generations
- 6 new added themes that are locked to premium
In my opinion its always a good business idea to give players access to your product but after a while add more that you need paid for though im not the developers of NovelAI but it is a suggestion if one of the developers can reply telling me if its a good idea or bad idea or other
