Incompetence

Checkout for Apple Pay and PayPal not working at all. I don’t know how a multi million dollar company has a black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and it not be intentional.

Checkout doesn't work

Can't even buy anything from their store because of checkout errors. Good luck getting customer service to do anything about it. They just tell you to use another browser or go to a physical store. Useless.

Had an old account. Trying to log in keeps refreshing to login page without logging in. Resetting password results in the same result. Will not let me register, saying I already registered. Tried various browsers and devices and clearing cookies. This is a pacsun server problem. Chatted with 2 agents over a week with NO reply from the escalation team. Had to make orders without logging in, so no points. SO annoying.

They told me an order would be refunded VIA a gift card, & went straight back to the card that bought the items. They also said they would set up an exchange for an item which they never did.
