Pailottery aka palottery website is such a scam it almost never works. It is slow and constant login problems

The past week the locator has been broken. Now the website barely works at all when trying to play. It has no problem taking your deposit though

HEY PAILOTTERY.COM! WE GIVE YOU TO MUCH MONEY FOR THESE THINGS TO KEEP HAPPENING!

Has been unable to finish checking my location for HOURS. Ive been reloading of and on all day today but functionality has been poor for days. On 9/1 it was off and on throughout the day, just before 10pm I made a deposit which didn't show up in my account. The page said transaction success but it wasn't there. It was taken from bank right away. So I made another small deposit and thar went through just fine. I took screenshots of my banks transaction details and of my account statement on pailottery.com showing that the transaction i made was missing and asked them to fix it but no one got back to still. I sent the email again twice yesterday, again this morning and will again tonight. I tried chat but the wait is to long. After 52 minutes I came here to post about and see if anyone else was having similar experiences.

Get error 3759 every time I open the app. Tried deleting cache, deleting the app, restarting the iPhone and reinstalling the app. Same result every time.

Instant games not working....AGAIN

I can log in and get to the games but then all I get is the game indicating it's need to turn the phone. It won't do ANYTHING ELSE but that. I've cleared cache, restarted but get the same Radio Shack Quality of NON-working apps. It had NO trouble taking my deposit, and allowed me to play Mega millions but the instant games just DON'T WORK! I'd really appreciate a response other than "are you sure your phone is on"!

No One will explain or put signs in their establishments window that the lottery is not working, but not to treat someone like an idiot coming into their store and finding out the lottery is down.

I went to three different sites to check my tickets this morning and every single one of them had issues and could not be checked. Couldn’t even be checked on their main terminal and when I go to online to find out what kind of issue I’m gonna have all day long I don’t wanna stop at 50 different stores to check my weekly tickets.

As of Feb 19, 2024 can't play games

It let me deposit money yesterday....on my S22 I try to load games but it keeps sending me to alarm and apps. I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, nothing works. ...this morning I tried on my computer. Just get a loading screen and nothing happens...

Trouble with Ticket checker

Ticket checker not working. Cannot scan my ticket. I press SCAN TICKET and get a blank screen. Un-installed and reinstalled. Still not working.

Can't use the app

Once my location is checked and I select to play any game, I'm redirected to an app setting screen on my phone. This is the second day in a row. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, turned my phone off & back on. Nothing fixes the problem.
