Get error 3759 every time I open the app. Tried deleting cache, deleting the app, restarting the iPhone and reinstalling the app. Same result every time.

Instant games not working....AGAIN

I can log in and get to the games but then all I get is the game indicating it's need to turn the phone. It won't do ANYTHING ELSE but that. I've cleared cache, restarted but get the same Radio Shack Quality of NON-working apps. It had NO trouble taking my deposit, and allowed me to play Mega millions but the instant games just DON'T WORK! I'd really appreciate a response other than "are you sure your phone is on"!

I went to three different sites to check my tickets this morning and every single one of them had issues and could not be checked. Couldn’t even be checked on their main terminal and when I go to online to find out what kind of issue I’m gonna have all day long I don’t wanna stop at 50 different stores to check my weekly tickets.
