I have been trying continually to order prescriptions but the website is so slow it always times out before reaching the prescriptions page, sometimes even before logging in. This is unacceptable for something so important and needs to be improved asap.

Almost never seems to work.
I've only just recently started using this terrible website.. It's seems to be down more often than working. The very rare time I manage to login and try and order a prescription I get "Prescriptions is temporarily unavailable" - I don't think the developers know what the word "Temporarily" means.
