Constant crashing

This site is a disaster. It's essential for patients monitoring their medication and making prescription requests. Yet it crashes regularly for "unscheduled maintenance" with no updates on when it will be resolved.

All I've got for weeks is 'practice currently unavailable.' Emails that I have sent seeking help have been ignored. So far as I am concerned this company is not fit for purpose.

NI always gets the poor side of service...

Sadly, this 'temporary' error in accessing the web site is now 3 solid months old. NI was always backwards in prescriptions needing a bit of paper to take to a chemist rather than a direct electronic link from GP to pharmacy like England.

Now we don't even have an electronic method to contact GP for 'repeats'. It's all cr*p, NI always gets cr*p service in everything. The sooner the muppets on the hill get back to work and sort our NHS out, the better because it's obvious the civil service can't cope on their own Right - rant over...

I have been trying continually to order prescriptions but the website is so slow it always times out before reaching the prescriptions page, sometimes even before logging in. This is unacceptable for something so important and needs to be improved asap.

Almost never seems to work.

I've only just recently started using this terrible website.. It's seems to be down more often than working. The very rare time I manage to login and try and order a prescription I get "Prescriptions is temporarily unavailable" - I don't think the developers know what the word "Temporarily" means.

Login really slow. Prescriptions link hangs up/unobtainable. Help pages not accessible (403 Error). No response to email/request for information (auto reply essentially saying too busy).
