Iloilo. Over the last few days in the evening their 'fiber' is about on par with my modem 30 years ago. Typically it's like a poorly performing DSL. In fact, when they finally took away their DSL gear from my house completely and forced me to 'upgrade', to fiber my connectivity became MUCH worse.

Here's an issue subscribers should push law makers to take action with.

thing is, their problem is not our concern, and we should get rebates for every single minute of downtime... imagine how much PLDT gets away with for every single minute every single household has no proper service. Antipolo, rizal aug 22 thru aug 24th, no internet

No connection since 11:00 pm on August 22, point of node is lit up but no internet. Local office in Antipolo said is area wide issue and they were working to resolve at 9:30 am on August, 23rd. It's now 12:30 am on August 24th and the same problem persist. Trouble shooter says is networking issue and DND is not working. Super frustrated that they have not already fixed the fiber internet connection issues.

If there is a negative 1M rating i would definitely go for negative rating. Having to have this net provider is a pain in the ass for over 3 years. Such a shame that in my area there are no other net providers available. If there is another provider which can competitively give service i would go for it. I hope all bosses in pldt corp gets diarrhea for 5 days!!!!
