POF website and app not working

Today is October 8, 2023 at 3:01 a.m. and I cannot log in on the POF website or access the app so there's definitely issues and POF was okay yesterday so this has just happened.

Won't let me reply to messages even tho I've just joined and no matter how many times I try it won't verify my photo. Several people I know on the site have never verified their photo but can still use site. It's far too hard to get help. I want live help NOW not tomorrow

I've tried to sign up two or three times now; have gone through NUMEROUS questions and profile requirements, and have been sent back to beginning each time, right in the middle of me answering/responding to all the questions. Apparently, after I was clicked out (glitch?) POF lost every answer I gave. I just can't start over again. :( So sad. Was really looking forward to being a part of the site. Thank you anyway. Pof.com website is not working for me. I got a barrage of 11 test deliveries, then one for me to sign and had no response. Frenty went a step further and said he couldn't provide my information and cancelled the order! He never sent anything back. I am deeply embarrassed. No one is entitled to treat someone like this. A dozen tests are only $30, and I paid with my own money. I will never order anything from this again. It got me really really annoyed. The most annoying thing is that I don't know what exactly caused the problem. If someone knows and can help me in any way I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
