it doesnt want to load more than a few seconds at a time

when i try to watch a series or movie i can only watch a few seconds before it gets stuck. and i have to reload the whole page to see a few more seconds. have tried it on several different devices and no luck. my internet is not at fault either. i have even restarted my computer nothing works..... pls fix
