Website issues

This is getting very annoying, QVC should be able to correct their issues by now. When there is an issue with the website at my school district IT always identifies the issue within hours. Until I can go into my account I will not be making any more purchases.

What's wrong with QVC's 4 TV channels?

QVC TV's 4 channels (via Sky) have been so badly pixilated for about 2 months, can't watch it. What is wrong, and will it ever go back to normal? I am not ecperiencing this outage with any other channel through Sky.

For the past two weeks, I've been unable to access my account through Chrome and Brave browsers. The error message I get is, "Hmm, something went wrong...please try again later or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788."

When I contact Customer Service, they reset my account and then send me a reset password email, neither one of which fixes the problem. They've done that 5 times and the last time I called the CSR was somewhat rude, telling me it's a glitch in the program and I just have to keep trying.

Seems to me that QVC has bigger problems if they can't fix a glitch in 2 weeks that's causing a loss of sales and/or customers. I've been with QVC almost since its inception and this is off-putting for me. I don't have to buy through them, but I do like the Easy Pay options, yet this makes me not want to do business with them at all.

Can't sign in or checkout as Guest!

Haven't been able to checkout last night (over $400 worth of products) and today my cart is empty and I can't sign in either. Get a page that says "Oops, Can't Find That Page". I hope QVC hasn't lost all of my information; I have been buying from there over 10 years and have some things left I am still paying on. Frustrating!

I have been a customer for many years. Their website is horrible. Nothing like it use to be. I remember you could talk to host. Customer service is bad!

Poor online
Go through all the normal card entering etc send to confirm order
Then red notification says I should enter a valid payment
I order for other online shopping from other stores and have no problems
Tried around 10 times over days but now shall give in, you have lost an order

April 24, 2024
After spending over 2 hours trying to place One Item in my QVC cart to purchase, the cart is STILL showing as EMPTY.
On the QVC app And on the QVC Website through my browser, any item place in the Cart will not show up.
Everything on my devices are up to date. All my other apps work Perfectly, as does my Safari Browser.
This is the last day for FREE SHIPPING on QVC, so I will not try to purchase the item in question tomorrow since Shipping and Handling is Quite Expensive.
