STILL NOT WORKING & GETTING WORSE!

The site is going from bad to worse. Now, although the number showing next to links on left side, under filters, is correct, when I click on one of those filters only one or two sites come up instead of, eg 12 under "favorites." I've followed links the admin posted above. No luck.

Help & Support now says they'll be back online Monday.

This is INTOLERABLE, especially as I pay good money for this site.
