Terrible online and call centre service

My flights are cancelled flights so can either change them on cancel free of charge . In App and website I select everything I need but can not ‘confirm’ booking changes. Been trying for the past 24hrs . Had same with payment when booked the first set of flights too. Called them up to be told they can not change my flight over the phone ????. So I’m am currently stuck with two cancelled flights and can do nothing about it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially booking a flight the website would time out and when restarting the process the flight would be 10 pounds more expensive. Spent an hour trying to book a flight which went up 40 pounds in that time per passenger. It still wouldn't let me proceed to check out. Then I tried through the app and when asked for card details the app just proceeded to book the flight without hitting a confirmation button or reviewing details. I was shocked as it was 267 £ just processed without any authorisation. When I raised the issue with the customer chat they cut me off and left the chat before all my questions were answered. I was told to file a complaint online as they would not cancel the booking made only 30 min prior to the chat. I followed the instructions on how to file the complaint being advised to go to "after you fly" complaint menu and there i left my request asking for explanation as clearly the app is faulty and not secure. After 21 days I get an email back saying I did not specify the criteria of my complaint sufficiently enough even though I followed the instructions of the customer service agent. The email was generic and did not address the issue at all. They then marked the complaint as solved. Today I had to return flight for one passenger as they have fallen ill. Again the website is not working and the app is not working. I spent 3 hours on customer service chat to get a new flight booked as it was cheaper than changing the original flight. The customer service chat kept wanting to charge me 45 euro for change of the flight plus an additional 50 euro for the new flight. Booking a new flight however was 70 euro. But I could not book the flight as again website would not be working and the app would not let me pay. I was advised to phone the call center where they could do a new booking for me. Turns out this is not the case. The woman was rude and hung up on me. When I asked for a contact to a legal department turns out there is none and with that she hung up. Back to the customer chat I was in simultaneously the agent I was speaking with told me he will transfer this chat to another agent who will be able to help finally. That agent Tibor Sz showed up said give me a minute to read through the issue and then left and closed the chat. I can not believe the rudeness of this company and will never book again as the procedure is unsafe and the company not trustworthy.

www.ryanair.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.
