System is down, I am constantly shuffled around and they keep saying they will call me back within the hour — after waiting three I called again, waited on hold, then said I would get another call back. This is not how companies should handle safety recalls

Can't call out or receive calls, same with text. I have friends who have gone through this as well and they were told by the ATT store that it is happening frequently with older [2-6 years] Samsung phones. Sometimes a new sim card helped but often it required a new phone and, of course, Samsung admits no responsibility!

Can't make or receive any calls from my Samsung phone. AT&T says it's a nationwide issue that started last night. Why does the Samsung website say there are no issues? There's no info about when it will be working, cuz they don't want to say it's NOT working. Fabulous. Big help. ????

Don't know if it has been an samsung or att thing but it is ridiculous. No easy way to save you number and keep your phone. Had straight talk att version. I have never been more disappointed with a phone service.

Samsung website is not working for me. Please update that! I noticed a potential incompatibility with other apps that I had installed. Currently I don't have any apps that rely on the "widget" not working correctly so I'm not sure how it will work out. However, I think I am very close to having the mod all fixed up. I'm running the r8xxx series with the latest driver. I have no idea if these issues are intermittent, or just relate to my desktop. Can't access the webpage nor sign in, can't access store. I cannot login from on google play store, on apple store. I cant send money anywhere, the billing address doesn't match the one on my fido account.
