I’ve been trying to process this order for 15 minutes and I sat on hold with them for over an hour to the point where the wait time was less than 30s and I still sat on the phone for another 30 minutes. I still never got an answer back from the live chat. and i can’t even drop the orders either

I also had a 502 error while delivering my orders over an hour ago and couldn't get the app to work even after rebooting!
