I've spent a ton of money over several years and the past few months sometimes when I place a bid, the amount has added zeros making it way over the true amount. I always check before I place my bid. This happened recently and I contacted the seller and got no reply except a notice of my failure to pay and nothing else. Today I'm blocked from even contacting them. I've got a very good record with them or so I thought. I'm very disappointed. I've overlooked many discrepancies on their part over the years. Being blocked is wrong in this instance since it's their mistake not mine.

I was down to 4 minutes left on the item I wanted to bid on, and it was in my favorites. I clicked it and all the screen did was stay white with the blue line working through it. By the time it came back up the auction was over. It really sucks when you’re watching something for 6 and 7 days just for it to be taken away from you when the site takes a crap. The auctions should stop if the website or app isn’t working, otherwise it isn’t fair. Neither the App or the site were and are working. Anything you search it brings up no results. Shipping is overpriced on simple items, like $15 shipping and $2 handling for a single Gameboy game. Also starting bids start at $6-$8 per item unless it is an expensive item that starts at $15-$30.

Doesn't work with Chrome for me. Does work with Chrome Incognito weirdly enough though. Works fine with Firefox. Don't particularly like microsoft, but it do work with Edge. Recommend Firefox. Or basically any other browser. Maybe I just need to clear the cash in Chrome. I might test that some day... And no, I'm NOT a fan of the new site.

I have tried all day today 11/15/21 to log into the "new" Goodwill auction site with no success, just an unhelpful error msg. Pages seem to load slower too. I have items I was watching and bidding on and have no idea what's going on? How about sending us an email or simply posting a message to us frustrated users on the main page that says "We apologize that we are having some website issues but are working diligently to resolve them. In the meantime we have frozen all bids". Common sense should always apply in situations like this.

I think ???? it is unfair to the consumer for the auction site to allow these bids to go through since not everyone is able to bid on the items. They need to stop the bidding for all items and have a do over for their customers as soon as they can resolve the issues with their new website!

Here's the actual text on one of the error messages you get from the geniuses that coded the new Shopgoodwill site: "please contact to your administrator". What? Hard to believe a corporation like Goodwill just can't get an auction website to work. From bad to unuseable.
