Haven’t been able to log in for a long time

Login.gov and id.me both work, but when it tries to direct you to the social security website, you get an error message. It’s been like this for me since doge.

my social security website login

I have been trying to log in for a week now, same story, I get the following message:

We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.
If you need immediate assistance: please contact us.

I called the 1-800 number and waited on hold for over an hour. They had no idea the site wasn't working. Apparently it works for them.

its always down. I dont have access to the computer until 11pm -midnight if I am lucky and I cant afford the internet at my house. the website should be 24/7 . no excuse for a website to be down to check my future SS income.

Can get through to the terms of service page and then the site takes me to My Hub and downloads a blank page rather than opening my account information. This has happened for three days in a row now. Unable to get past this point and hav tried re-logging in numerous times.

I try to log in and it says the website is currently not available then lists the hours… however this is at 5:30pm EST on a Saturday so the website should be available (as per their posted hours.)

I can log on, but to no avail. I applied for Medicare and SS retirement benefits November 2021 and all the site tells me is “it’s taking longer than usual to process”. No kidding! The site says it takes 2-4 weeks and I am still waiting after more than five months.

Having the same problem trying to log into my using my smart phone. Called the SSA 800 number and the help desk person said they couldn’t help because my account was created with login.gov. They told me how to submit a ticket to login.gov. I did and now I wait to hear back from them. I did not have any problems logging in on my Kindle Fire so it could be something on my phone

Unable to get to ssa.gov since Sat (01.30.21) morning. Not from my PC, iPad or Android phone. Was able to log in on two occasions from phone but immediately got terminated by some unexpected error. Still down as of Monday morning (02.01.21)
