go down for long periods of time, (hours to days), no notification, no follow up. Projects languish for months. Attempts to report issues seems like they have one customer service tech that fields all calls, you can be on hold for hours.

No internet all day. Nobody answers phones at Summit today. No customer service. Will change companies. There is no excuse.
