Not down per se

It only affects parts of the world. I'm in Sweden and have the same problem as described here. But if I use a proxy I reach the site fine. Don't use a proxy for taking surveys though. May get you banned.

First I thought it was a DNS issue with my ISP, but I switched to Google's DNS and it didn't help.

Their app works, but it's troublesome to use.
