Symbolab was not working between 7:30pm until around 10:30pm pacific time zone on 10/7/20. On the website and app. It happen on my computer, laptop, ipad and phone. I confirmed with my friend that lives two counties away, neighbour and roommate, none of them got access. I want to know if this will happen again. The timing could not come at a worst time. I paid for a two month fee and I need to know if I need to look into cancellation or a fraud charge.

Online it just loads and sends me back to a blank area for me to enter my problem (as if the whole page was refreshed) so it won't solve it. Then on the app, it says "A server error occurred.
