Can't purchase tickets

It's Wednesday 20th September, trying to reserve a ticket online. I reach the "add passenger data" page, and cannot progress any further. I have been trying for over an hour. How the hell am I supposed to purchase tickets? I am trying to spend $3k and your website will not allow me to do so!

It's Friday 15th September, trying to book tickets online. System only takes me up to selecting flights and then the screen goes blank. I tried 5 times, same problem. What is wrong? How can I book the tickets?
