Website login and Captcha aren't working

The website keeps logging me out and whenever I tired to enter the number in the captcha it says invalid captcha even though I am typing in the number correctly

issues with thesims resource website

having trouble signing into the website I've tried different browsers and even removing the auto fill .. nothing is working... and once i get signed in it kicks me out minutes later.. not sure if anyone else is having issues or not

same issue as others, making me log into every tab. i finally decided I wanted to try VIP with the black Friday sale (which ends today) but it will not load the VIP screen so I will most likely miss the sale.

i stopped using this site for everything besides lots bc of how buggy and pay to use it is but i needed some new houses and it is saying i need a vip to download LITERALLY EVERYTHING and it is making me log in every single tab and NOW it wont even let me log in. reset my password twice and the new reset password wont work either. wont even let me file a support case and the contact button in the help tab is broken. im so angry.

Customer service is terrible and they haven't fixed website issues that have harmed their reputation for almost a decade. They profit off of content they don't even own and just host and don't offer anything other than shoving VIP in your face and 404 error messages interrupting downloading process that was already long to begin with. I'd rate 0 stars if possible.

I am so stingey with money so the fact that I'm giving this site my money is a big deal. I am pretty frustrated with the constant 404 error. Sims Resource has been randomly signing me out as well. Am I regretting my purchase? Yes >.<
