Screwed their customers.

Tribe IPTV is back up on https://tribe-iptv.com/.
Didn't mention a word to me via e-mail.
There is no reseller panel. Just spiked individual rates.
Looks like they screwed their entire customer base!

They’re not coming back, both Skype accounts have been erased. I saw on a forum that a large IPTV host was raided about a month and a half ago. The same time this service went down. No point in waiting anymore guys get a new service

Well it appears that they have gone the way of the dinosaur at this point .... Lesson learned do not purchase more than 6mths at a time as any of these providers can fold in a heartbeat.

Losing hope..

I don't think it will come back, tribe IPTV has erased their company skype. Their old Skype account is still there, but they haven't signed in more than a week. They signed in a week and a half ago, set their status as "Server Maintenance" and went offline, and it's been 10 days now since they signed in. I don't think it will come back. If you didn't know, Tribe IPTV was called BestBuyIPTV. BestBuyIPTV has a new page, but they claim they're not the same company, when I text them on WhatsApp, Apparently BestBuyIPTV.com and Bestbuyiptv.biz are completely different lol, I think they ran with the money at this point. Good luck, everyone else.

Server Maintenance could mean anything ... lets hope it was just a big revamp of the system . Highly unlikely though ...You would think they would have let their subscribers know? I was good with them for 4 subscribers until 2024 .

Tribe iptv server maintenance

Very good seems have a good news they will come back, I just read in their Skype showing Server maintenance. Hope they can come back, I register with them since 2019,in 2019 have the time in October all iptv face broke down from the Capture in Napoli but finally they were still back and gave me 1 month extra to compensate

It says “Server Maintenance” on Skype now.

They might come back soon, their old Skype profile posted an update saying “Server Maintenance” they will probably come back under a new name. First they were BestBuyIPTV, Then Tribe. Now they must be getting a new name and website again to avoid legal issues. I hope for all of us it comes back and we learn our lesson and just buy 1 month plans in case this happens again!

They don't seem to care

They're still active on Skype but on do not disturb mode, they have not responded to my message I sent since last Thursday, I feel upset that they are not replying to anyone. I even saw people on Twitter and Reddit talking about it. Everyone who used PayPal should get a refund to see if that makes them respond and give us a damn update if its coming back or not!

Just my luck. I resisted an IPTV sub for years. I now take out a 6 month sub and it dies after one week.
Think I'll stick with SKY. At least you get to watch channels, while they rob you.

Ditch Tribe, find a better supplier

TribeIPTV’s reseller panel has been “under construction” since last Thursday; a week ago. It then changed to a 502 bad gateway. 3 days later (Sunday), ALL sports channels were lost. I contacted support via their ticket system, their e-mail and their Skype to no avail. Now there services are completely failing to load. They’ve gone completely dark on us at this point and unfortunately I don’t think any of us are going to get an answer as to why.
I switched to Player’s Klub which doesn’t offer as much international content, but their CA/US/UK and sports content is far superior alongside their VOD.

I see that the problem is getting bigger, I had four private subscriptions and 12 as a reseller, I spent 480 euros in total. Probably the only way to find the people responsible for this, because it is known that it is impossible to report it to the police. If anyone is interested, please feel free to contact us, we have already made attempts here to find the right contacts and people.
