Impossible to book!!
Been trying to book a holiday all day - errors every step of the way. Finally got all the way through (probably 8th or 9th attempt today with errors at different stages) to payment, entered my card details - approved in my banking app and then errored out - tried it 3 times and every time an error so can't complete the booking. Think I'll have to give up as worried I'll max out my available credit with the repeat authorisations on my card. Trying to spend £11k with them too...

Their website is pathetic. I have tried to check in at least half a dozen times and when I have completed the very tedious job of entering details for seven travellers have been returned to the start page. Telephoned but they won't speak to me because the booking was through an agent. . The customer service is non-existent. Don't book with TUI if you can find any other operator!

1. Two passengers same name allocated same seat.
2. Despite selecting seat for 12 year old with adult, seating another adult in their own, then selecting same seats coming back. App now says son and husband in same seat, 12 year old on own. Not what I selected and booked.
3. Can’t make any amendments says technical difficulties for 4 weeks now, installed updates, no difference.
4. Apparently I still need to select another 4 seats as 12 out of 8 seats only booked, wants more money for this,I only need 8 seats, 4 of us there and back.
4. Booking all inclusive no record of this in app. Only in purchase confirmation.

Problem uploading API details.
I also have had issues trying to add passenger details to my booking. 15 times I’ve tried and it says experiencing technical duties. I rang TUI and he said it was an issue with the airline. So I rang the airline and guess what, there’s nothing wrong with the airline they’ve referred me back to TUI. The ladies in the TUI branch near me don’t really have a clue. They keep telling me to refresh the page or wait til two days before checking in and try again. The other option was to turn up at the airport on the day of departure and they will fill out the API details on the day. Not really happy about that advice. What has anyone else experienced.
