Tui not working
App not working on iPad and phone. Keepers telling me I’m not connected to the internet on my iPad. App telling me the conical difficulties. This is all day. Need to pay towards my holiday

Last two months payments taken but not showing on app. Spoken to someone who promised to call back within 72 hours but heard nothing......this has happened twice! Joined the online chat at 5.42pm and was advised the waiting time was 1 hour 8 minutes. I eventually got thrown out at 8pm as they were closed and I was still waiting!!
