No confirmation of booking

Can’t access my TUI app for the 2nd time in a week

I’m having problems with my TUI app as it keeps saying connection to you’re server lost, please check you’re internet and try again later. There is nothing wrong with my internet as everything is working except for my TUI app, as I got a TUI travel card and now I can’t even check my balance. A very poor app as the sane happened for a few hours last week. If it doesn’t improve I’m going to cancel my travel card and get a different one from a different firm

Tui app not fit for purpose

The Tui app was working fine until last week when I was asked to update.
Since then, it crashes every time I open it. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times, makes no difference.
Reported it on the app site along with many other people, but clearly no one at Tui is bothered as its just the same.
I advised Tui via Trustpilot..... their reply was it was my fault... Or rather, my phones fault!!!!

Impossible to book!!

Been trying to book a holiday all day - errors every step of the way. Finally got all the way through (probably 8th or 9th attempt today with errors at different stages) to payment, entered my card details - approved in my banking app and then errored out - tried it 3 times and every time an error so can't complete the booking. Think I'll have to give up as worried I'll max out my available credit with the repeat authorisations on my card. Trying to spend £11k with them too...

'Technical Problems' Preventing Me Entering Passport Information

I cannot enter my passport details without a 'technical problems' error message. I'm referred back to the page I was at and have to complete the details again, only to receive the same error message again

App not working

1. Two passengers same name allocated same seat.
2. Despite selecting seat for 12 year old with adult, seating another adult in their own, then selecting same seats coming back. App now says son and husband in same seat, 12 year old on own. Not what I selected and booked.
3. Can’t make any amendments says technical difficulties for 4 weeks now, installed updates, no difference.
4. Apparently I still need to select another 4 seats as 12 out of 8 seats only booked, wants more money for this,I only need 8 seats, 4 of us there and back.
4. Booking all inclusive no record of this in app. Only in purchase confirmation.
Come on Tui get this sorted!

Unable to check in online

Fly in 2 days, trying to put in passport info and check in online and just says technical difficulties!
Am I able to do all of this at the airport??

Payment not going through

Tried to book a holiday and got as far as paying deposit but wouldn't complete. Amount shown as Pending on my bank card. Rang and they said they have an IT problem.

Unable to submit API details via the website, we are a party of 8 and it takes me about 20 minutes to complete this only to be told multiple times that there is a technical difficulty. This has been an ongoing issue for months.

I can’t put my passport details in which means no doubt I will not be able to check in on the app either on Sunday. Hence wasted money booking a hotel to check my bags in early the night before. I will be complaining this is ridiculous and I will not again use them!!!!

Internal server error

Problem uploading API details.

I also have had issues trying to add passenger details to my booking. 15 times I’ve tried and it says experiencing technical duties. I rang TUI and he said it was an issue with the airline. So I rang the airline and guess what, there’s nothing wrong with the airline they’ve referred me back to TUI. The ladies in the TUI branch near me don’t really have a clue. They keep telling me to refresh the page or wait til two days before checking in and try again. The other option was to turn up at the airport on the day of departure and they will fill out the API details on the day. Not really happy about that advice. What has anyone else experienced.

I can not submit my API as TUI website has a message saying we're having technical difficulties at this time. No help is offered.i know how to fill in a form online,it was fine last year when I went away with TUI.i have filled it in correctly

Technical difficulties with submitting my API ( passport details)

I have been trying to submit my passport details for a holiday in July but every time I fill in the details and submit it, a TUI message pops up to say ' were experiencing technical difficulties at this time ,try returning to the last page you was on' I have tried other devices, refreshed browsers,used another laptop.i did it last year with no issues but this year it will no work.no one in TUI will help.they keep saying refresh it and wait!help me please

Same problems unable to get details keeps saying internal server error,
Thought it might be my mobile,but same issue on IPad.

Totally unable to access our booking on line. Cannot make payment, cannot see or change booking details. Been like this for weeks now. What happens when we are nearer the travel date and this problem still exists. How do we print boarding passes. I am not too good with mobile phones.
