Possibly, redirect from different versions is configured incorrectly on tvguide.co.uk. In this case, use the links below:

A good tool ruined!
The old format was so versatile and comprehensive. Now it's very limited and basically useless. Have tried several others but they are strangely similar. Anyway, I no longer bother with uktvguide, except to check occasionally in the hope that they have reverted to the old format.

The current change has made the site unusable. Are the advertisers aware that they are not getting value for their money?

Some kind of cack-handed attempt at providing a 'universal' (mobile/desktop) interface? As they say, heads should roll :-)

Designed and commissioned by idiots
The new look site can be summed up by the single word UNUSABLE.
I cannot list the channels I want, the time jumps about like a mad thing, there is limited programme information, it only shows a 2 hour timeslot which is useless to me and the masses of empty space mean constant scrolling before you find what you want isn't there.

Another one bites the dust!
Looks like the same mess that was made of the RadioTimes site 5-6yrs ago. Creating gaps for advertising at the cost of usability. I (like thousands of others) gave up on it and I suspect I'll do the same here if it's an intentional 're-design'. As an IT pro of 40yrs it depresses me when I see usable systems destroyed in favour of 'style'. Don't remember seeing any warning or consultation ahead of this. No proper research = money down the pan.

Anyone know of a good TV guide that you can see in List View rather than grid?

Can't log in! Totally changed website, for the worse! I'm hoping it's an issue that they are going to fix.

Disastrous change to website
Glad it's not just me. The site has always had a bit of a tendency to be 'buggy', but this latest change is a train wreck. Is there any way of contacting them ...?

What has happened?
Surely, this cannot have been an intended redesign. It lacks any functionality or customisation and displays the bare minimum of information.

Looks like a different website
Have tried different versions of web address without any luck.
No option to log in.
Changing from popular channels to Freeview and then "Update" is not retained (I have cookies saved).
Totally different presentation than usual.
Complete mess.

Why have they destroyed a good service by changing it to a crippled mess?

Tv app not working
Tv guide.co.uk is not working on my iPad.
This has been the same over the last few days. I have deleted the app and then downloaded again still not working.
