TVNZ+ apps is working now

TVNZ+ apps is working now. Whatever the problem was, the apps provider should really put on their website to advise of issues. Very bad communication in today's world with all the top modern technology, but poor "Service". What's wrong with one liner on the web site to say we are currently experiencing issue and working on it. Anyway, all good now

TVNZ+ apps not working

I am from Auckland. Having problem opening TVNZ+ apps on any tv at home (three tvs), laptop or iphone. Is this an on going issue?I also noticed that TV1 and TV2 Freeview channels were not working at midnight this morning 22-8-2024

Doesn't load properly, currently says error 4001. When trying to skip either forward or back it freezes. Really bad app. Sort it out

Error 4001. Tried going out of app, logging out etc. What's going on. Also I've always had problems when trying to skip back or forth then it will just freeze. Terrible.

TVNZ channels have sound but no picture. Service man says it is not a fault with tv but a common problem lately. All other channels work ok. TVNZ channels still record with no picture on tv. Sony Bravia tv.
