tried calling 888-468-9824 phone menu did not work, then person who came online could not hear me...???

Besides I was only on the Highway for20 minutes and I owe $15.42!!!

They mail you a statement, which includes an account #, but when you enter the account number, the site tells you that the account # is invalid. Over and over. Cleared cache, try over and over, but the same thing. Does TxTag actually want my payment?? From other comments, this has been going on for 1.5 years. Ridiculous!

Been trying to pay 4.18 for the last three hours with no luck the automatic system keep repeating it self you call they connect you to the automatic line you go to their website and it doesn’t work now the only other option is writing a check it so annoying because. Customer service will not help you and the toll just opened and was free to Sunday I went over it Friday and now I’m charge and having a hard time trying to pay it....

Impossible to pay my bill by phone or online. Both say my account number is not valid, even though I am getting the number off of THEIR statement. So frustrating. I have resorted to writing a paper check to pay my bill which I have not done since 2019. Oh, and my charges are from March. It's ridiculous that they're allowed to bill us that late.
