I'm driver and is one big problem with order payment for 2.7 miles I'm pay 3.33 £ is no good ???? everyone needs to stop working at delivery driver for uber costumer service dot reply for my problem

uber eats app took my money this morning but app failed and did not do the order no proof of order as app crashed so they dont seem to give me the money back lost 22 pound im disgusted , always used it without a problem , no more done with it

No Deliveries

No deliveries for days. Contact support they say there’s no issue call them again and then they tell me I’m part of a group that’s having issues and glitches receiving orders and I’ve been moved to top priority or high priority. Ridiculous. Can’t even pay for gas

I've had the app for about 7 maybe 8 months and I've only ever been able to use it once when I was in Pittsburgh for work, 7 months ago. I've tried to use the app several times (due to promotions mainly). I've been getting the "We're coming soon" home notification when I open the app.

I have been unable to place an order with Uber Eats for THREE DAYS. Doesn't matter which restaurant, doesn't matter which form of payment. Can begin the order, make your choices,etc., but the final step of click on payment always comes up with "Sorry, there is a problem. Try another form of payment". I even drove to my bank thinking someone had compromised my account, but everything is okay. Have had to use Door Dash for my last three orders.
