Ufl.edu website is not working for me in an attempt to check the status of my card but I'm getting more and more messages of a refund or already expired card, which I can't receive for some reason! I tried using the Google+ community that they have and to post to a random group that I've found but it's currently closed. They try so hard to make it seem useful but its just not. There's no mention of questions I have and how I would solve them or just to ask a question so I can get the answers. If they would've made it open or at least mention it during registration so i would've been aware before I went in, I would've paid more. I really wanted to try to gain an understanding from a certified instructor.
