I cannot unlock my aadhaar. When I am sending RVID last 4 digit of aadhaar sms to 1947, no response coming back with VID. This is so frustrating, it is almost from one month.

Your Adhar card states that it is accepted all over the country. In reality of go to any state other than your home state and try some adhar related work they refuse to entertain. Rather it is that the servers do not validate. Maximum one may be able to obtain OTP.
Again if you try to update mobile number, address etc. in another state the service provider says the server is not accepting.
You go to Post office for update again they entertain a maximum of 15 or 20 people in a day.
