Lights ON!

Sengled light control is restored. After an extremely long outage, all services appear to be functioning as expected. No cause or reason for outage has been released.

Senglend WiFi light bulb

I deleted the light bulb and can’t re-add it to the app I get stuck at add location to it. I deleted the light bulb because it wasn’t working.

Dead Element Zigbee Setup

My Element setup (bulbs and smart plugs) went down, at about 9PM, EDT, on the 19th. All local troubleshootin' has been fruitless. And at the same time, the Sengled Home Android app won't let me login. Whether I use my original username/password (does log me into sengled.com) or try, via Google, I get the same result: "The operation failed, please try again." Also, I've tried clearin' the cache and data from the app settings and I reinstalled it (again, no difference). Finally, I sent an email, to Sengled, but there's been no response (to date)

Sales site up, the service they are REQUIRED to provide for any of their wifi devices to work is GONE.
Gone for several days, they do not respond to any of the thousands of inquiries.

Sengled Bulbs Not Working

My Sengled bulbs have not been working for going on 3 days now. Furthermore, I am unable to log onto my Sengled account nor able to reset my password.

I'm Getting rid of Sengled

I'm fed up with Sengled. Spent a day thinking the fault was on my end. Spent hours trying to reconnect to Alexa. The next day got the message from Sengled about the outage. Everything is still down. I'm replacing Sengled lights with Amazon Basics Alexa only bulbs.

“…not connected to the internet.”

Error message on iPhone: “Your phone is not connected to the Internet.” And yet: it is-for everything but Sengled app. Deleted and downloaded app. again: no change, same error message. My guess is ‘somebody got hacked. That’s only a guess, but it could explain these failures.

Disappointed with Sengled support or lact of

Sengled is experiencing difficulty in resolving the outage issues. After 3 days without a resolution and no estimated time for restoration, I have decided to switch to a CNET recommended vendor that offers Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity for their devices.

Sengled system down email from Amazon

Same problems as others have mentioned, I tried resetting my hub with no success and it appeared to not be functioning so I ordered one from Amazon. I receiver a email from Amazon stating that SENNGLED was "down" and stated that users would be experiencing all the problems noted here they had no solutions but stated that we should hear from Sengled soon.

No response from Sengled

All my Sengled bulbs quit working on the 19th. I could not sign onto the app on my phone, so removed and readded it. Still could not sign on. I've emailed their tech support twice and have not yet heard back from them. They are still not working as of this morning.

Cannot view cameras or log into my account for the last 3 days. So much for relying on this camera system to monitor security around the yard. How much am I paying for this unreliable system per month?????

Like many others, as of Jun 20, 2025 my bulb has not been responsive and while trying to use the app I get the “The operation failed, please try again” or states nor connected to the internet messages.

There is no communication with their clients. It's a joke. I changed all my lighbulbs for another brand, and I was able to connect them without a glitch.

The app is good. The issue is if there arr any OS , AI, Amazon, Norton updates, they don't keep up. I only get " operation failure, try again" ...
and again, and again. Nothin% works. Non hub version

Lost connection to WiFi cameras

Lost the views of the cameras, have sent many emails to Sengled and no response. I decided to turn off the power at the light switch, wasn't able to manually turn off the light. I decided to purchase new cameras customer service with Sengled is terrible

What the heck is with Sengled? ..Is this going to get fixed anytime soon?

Cannot use Alexa to turn lights off/on (keeps showing 'Sorry, Bedroom isn't responding').
Sengled app isn't working right either. I keep seeing 'The operation failed, please try again.'
Reinstalled the app and it's still giving me the same message.

Glad I'm not alone in this. Also started happening on the 18th. ..Going to be moving away from this company if they don't get their act together.

No Customer Service and no one answers at their HQ

My Sengled Bulbs/Smart Hub also went offline on the 18th. Sengled's website has no customer service phone #. Their general number is 1-678-257-4800. No one picks up. The customer service # given on their computer receptionist is 1-877-401-5990, but that is now a life-line sales number. I wonder if their business has shut down?

Location Vancouver British Columbia Canada. My 2 Sengled bulbs did not respond to "wake" schedule yesterday (June 19) at 0600. Tried manually turning on thru app on phone. Indicated phone not connected to internet. It was. Checked for Sengled app updates, none. Un-installed app and re-installed, then found out I can't sign in. Operation failed, try again. Now 24+ hours later it is still the same.
