Direct Express is down! People can't get their money.

I was able to buy a coffee at the gas station this morning 8:50 a.m. EST. Then around 3p.m. I got a notice of a declined auto payment. I tried several times to manually put through the payment.
Direct Express automated says I have close to$600.
I keep getting booted off due to "higher than normal call volume".
I tried to dispute the denial on the option to open new disputes and was rudely told I had the wrong department and the call would be ended.
There is another site where lots of people have complained since the 1st that they can't get through, can't access their money, payments not going through, and even calling at 4am they are kicked off due to "high call volume"

Logged into app, said card invalid. Couldn't get in. Funny, got a text 3 days ago about a pending deposit on Oct 3. Called customer service, normally it will recognize my number and ask for last 4 of Social. Nope. On hold for 2 hours. No answer. Been reading alot of comments around different sites. Cards not working and no one to answer your phones all day

Aug, 3,2023, cards are unlocked, got our social security money today and neither card is working. Can't access any of our money today. When you call customer service, all day long morning to now almost dinner time, the recording say they are experiencing an unusual high amount of calls, try again later and it hangs up. We received absolutely no notifications that direct express would be doing any maintenance or anything so WTH is going on.....

I missing $600 that I can’t access that my God on my check it says I got the check but it won’t let me access $600 of my money I can’t pay my electric and my gas I don’t know what to do. Florida, I tried 3 times at the store this morning and was declined each time. I called the customer support and the automated message asked for the last 4 numbers on the card, after I entered them there was a long pause and then automated message asked for 16 digit card number. Even the automated "lady" voice seemed a little off, strange.
