Never accepts details you enter into a field, and when you request a password reset, it doesn’t send you an email to reset it! Had issues with this app as long as it’s been out. Really poor

The website for the US won’t load, and says “Thanks For Visiting Vans.com. We are making some updates to our site and should be back up shortly.” It has said this since this morning and it is almost 6pm now.

Impossible to shop when there is a sale. No live agents available. Finally got a pair of shoes in my cart and went to another page and then they were gone again! 30 minutes of trying to add shoes to the cart and can't. Get a better web developer because the website is costing you sales.

I'm just trying to use the website and my vans family account to check on the customs order I placed about a week ago... It keeps telling me "UH OH... SOMETHING WENT WRONG ALONG THE WAY. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION AND TRY AGAIN." in a banner, and won't let me check anything in my account, same error pops up when I go to "Orders" tab. Clearly someone broke something when they updated the site on a Friday without considering the breakage it might cause... ????

The Van's website will not let me log in and keeps giving me never before seen error messages about "bad batch" "the request is unathorized" and "the bearer is expected in the header". Anyone have an idea what is wrong?

I got an email about new tie-dye merch so I clicked on it, it took me to their website and it won't let me log in. I keep getting 3 errors, "Bad request", "wrong email or password" - which I never even entered because it won't bring up the login screen, and "THE REQUEST IS UNATHORIZED. THE "BEARER" IS EXPECTED IN THE "AUTHORIZATION" HEADER." That wasn't a typo on my end, it was literally spelled "unathorized" in the error message. I have no idea what's going on but the Vans website isn't working. I've tried several links, redirects and I get the same 3 error messages.

12 day later I am still trying to place an order on Vans.com with the same result. As soon as I try to pay, it just keeps stalling and won't let me place an order. Emailed customer service today, so we will see if someone can help with this. Glad to know its not just me having issues with Vans lately
