Vidgo problems

I fear they have been hacked by Russian mobsters and are unwilling to come up with the the 15 million dollar ransom....our data will be up for sale soon to the highest bidder.. I'll hang with them as I need a provider for games and such....my grandfathered monthly is cheap.

BEWARE DO NOT USE

I signed up on Sept 30th. As it turns out, their service was already not working by that point but still took my money. I should have been eligible for the $20 one month price but that changed that at the last minute. I have reached out to their customer service but they do not respond. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card but they told Discover it was a valid charge even though the service is still down to this day, 10/20/23. They will go out of business very soon. The government should shut this business down because they are still taking people's money

I've been with Vidgo since 2020. They have had multiple outages, but never one that lasted this long. Also the "credit" that they we supposed to receive never seemed to make it to my account. I can't even call them even during business hours. I have created 2 trouble tickets and neither one of them has a reply. If I had got the 2 weeks promised credit I would have been willing to wait it out but at this point, my patience has run out.

Vidgo email from last friday says they are working to correct issue with their "vendor". Been unusable for a full week now. I suspect they can't pay their bills and will go into bankruptcy any day now. not worth the $20 paid for the promo month

On 9/16/23,1 paid $20 for the first month. Less than 2 hours into the first day, service goes down. Unable to watch on TV or mobile devices, customer support was closed, and it took 30+ minutes, the following day, to get through. All I wanted was a refund for services not provided. I was told they would credit me $10 towards the next billing cycle. Why would I stay with a company another day, let alone another month, if they can't provide the services I paid for? This company is a scam, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Vidgo Apps

I would like to make a suggestion to all having a problem with Vidgo. All is not lost! If you have Vidgo on Roku search for, and download any apps that are available. FOX Sports, ESPN, ABC Sports, etc., and sign in under TV provider with your password. (you also need your 4-digit code to install apps) You now can now watch any available content on that app. You can do this with most TV stations affiliated with Vidgo even the movie stations. You won't get ESPN Plus but you will get ESPN, ESPN 1, 2, 3, & news. College games are available right now on the Fox Sports app watch I am watching. I'm going to watch one game on my TV and my one on my Laptop. You can watch most Vidgo stations with individual TV apps. If you don't have Vidgo and you can't download the apps go online to any stations like Fox Sports and sign in with your TV provider Vidgo and watch any game or movie online.

terrible live tv provider. Do not use Vidgo

goes down on a regular basis. also, says my subscription has expired every month, even though it hasn't. Every month I call and they say, yes your account is in good standing and they transfer me to another rep and they reset my account. they say it's a known issue and they are trying to fix it, for months now. I will be moving to a new provider as soon as my year contract is up. worst live tv streaming I've ever experienced.
