Had issues this afternoon ok this am, cant login and error message keeps giving new error code each time you press ok!!!! Been on the phone 3 times for 3 hours and keep getting cut off very annoying will move account

Confirmed issue

Virgin money has confirmed to me via chat there is an issue with “some” customers sending and receiving payments - I have asked that out of common decency they update their website to show this - 45 mins on hold to a person who then went on to hang up on me

Worst Bank ever

TELEPHONE BANKING NOT WORKING AGAIN . CUSTOMER'S NEED TO ASK FOR COMPENSATION. I WAS PAID £500 RECENTLY BECAUSE OF A FAULT ON SYSTEM. WE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS BEFORE YORKSHIRE BANK MERGED WITH VIRGIN. TIME TO START PUTTING YOUR MONEY BACK UNDER THE BED.

Login with security token not working for 2 days

Two days now not able to login when using security token. Does not recognise token number. Two phone calls to them saying should be sorted soon. 2 days unacceptable. Nothing online to say there is a problem, should at least post that there is an issue and apologise for the inconvenience. How much longer before this can be resolved I desperately need to get to my bank accounts.
