Bad company

WMC is a wicked company I two unauthorized transactions on the 11th I disputed it on the 12th. They told me new card will be delivered on the 16th then when that day came no card then I called then they said the 22nd when that day came still nothing got a hold of them again now it was delivered on the 23rd called back and the lady said the 30th called today and now it's the 2nd WTF is going on they keep saying technical issues had prevented them for delivering card. These companies I owe money to don't give a rats behind if they have technical difficulties. Now I have to pay more with late fees because I can't access my money. Screw them with a rusty nail from a rabid raccoon they don't care about customers AT ALL bad company point blank

WMC technical issues

August 4 2023 noticed unauthorized charges on my WMC account I contacted the merchant and was told the transactions were declined because the billing addresses didn't match! I was advised to contact WMC & asked for a replacement debit card. The replacement card was going to be expedited via FedEx 3-5 business days. My WMC account was closed. Today is August 24th 2023, I have NOT received my replacement card. Green Dot CS has given me 4 extended dates for the card to arrive. CS says issue began on August 16th and to "blame " Maintenance/ technical issues. Next date for new card to arrive is August 28th

Vault Issue

As soon as I moved my money to the vault .. Boom $0… HOW ?! And he tells me between 3-6 hours the money will be back on my card …. I also talked to a lady that said I won’t hear from a representative about a case until 2 days Later… What’s the purpose of getting paid two days early if they just wiping the money off the card… I will be switching as soon as i get my money back.. I was at the store tried to transfer money from the savings vault and error called and they claim they have been working on the problem to give them some time. I walked that store and had a basket full of groceries that I had to leave because they are having “issues”. How long has it been since the last issue with Walmart Moneycard? Ten days? I am trying to log into my account and as soon as I press the login button, I am immediately kicked out of the app, I have cleared my cache, restarted my phone - nope, hasn't helped. Yesterday there was a message from WMC that said they were experiencing problems, but I was able to access my account through the WMC app. Now today, the app is having problems and won't let you login.

Some people rely heavily upon your services, and it would behoove you to get the problems solved in a more timely manner than that of any political entity that you may be affiliated with. There's soon to be someone who's going to come along and take all the business from you, because they can do regular honest without political parties or their constituents including but not limited to even the IRS, being able to undo or interrupt people's lives and their right to bank with the pursuit of liberty, peace, and happiness.

Just received notification on my app. They are experiencing temporary issues with one of their processing partners that's currently affecting some of your card and account features. I received a direct deposit yesterday and the phone system said it had not hit my card yet but when I got to the customer service desk and they checked my card it showed it had infact hit my card and was available. Thank God I took almost everything off the card yesterday because today I call to check my balance and it says it can not find a match after putting in the 3 digit code basically saying now my card don't exist. It's truly heartbreaking to read some of the comments below. I know technical issues come up but at the very least they should be rolling the calls over to a call center so an actual person can at least explain what's going on. This is very scary for people not to mention it's a holiday.

I can’t transfer money I can’t get through in customer service keeps telling me my account doesn’t exist. When I try to transfer it tells me I reached my daily limit which is impossible because I can’t use my card .
