Shaw email won't allow me to sign in. Went to chat with them online, was number 68 in the queue. Waited for an hour to be connected with an agent that went through a number of actions that didn't work. I was then disconnected with no resolution (after 2 hrs wasted). I decided to call shaw instead. Recorded message said there were technical problems with email. Wondering why the shaw agent was unaware. 2 days later and its still down. Never had a problem until Roger's took over plus rogers keeps increasing price of my existing bundle. Looking for a new provider but no choices thanks to govt happily allowing monopoly.

Shaw webmail is down again this is getting very annoying will have to switch to telus it this keeps up

Can not log on Shaw Mail

Can not log into webmail, keep getting the following message " Invalid Shaw email or password. Please try again". I know my info is CORRECT, I AM NOT IMPRESSED. SHAW IS WAISTING MY TIME.

Clunky. Mobile horrible. Can't do attachments with mobile. Little storage space. Low attachment max when using desktop. Frequently down. Need to log into an another site with frequent data breaches which is unsupported or unavailable all times I've attempted to do that.
