WETV VIP UNABLE TO WATCH VIP ANIME CONTENT

VIP yet unable to watch VIP anime content on my LG smart TV in my living room since last week.
Unable to log-out as well. Uninstall & re-install app, change Wifi, unplug TV & wifi/router power.
Still unable to watch! Funny is, only anime VIP unable to watch!
However, I was able to watch anime VIP content in my bedroom using Prism+ smart TV.
Wondering is it LG TV issue?

Latest version has problem?

While using app, updated the latest version of software on wetv vip then after the update was done it suddenly showed that failed to verify vip subscription. Exit & try again.. I’ve tried several times but couldn’t watch my dramas anymore. Emailed to customer service. Hopefully they reply & get it fixed.
