website not functional for many days

I have been trying to place an order since friday. I have tried on several devices but the website won't allow anything to be put in the basket let alone check out. The personal login isn't available & sometimes the whole website is offline. Seeing as they closed all the shops the only way to make a purchase now is online.

Can get to the site... & chose items to "put in basket"/buy ...but if I "proceed to payment" all I get is a continuous return to the Basket = aaaarrrrgh! Have tried to buy sale items online 5 times now...& finally given up...have "Saved" items earlier today & gone back to see if problem fixed...but saved items have disappeared....so am now 100% defeated...which is a pity
