email server down

Can't login to Windstream or Kinetic so NO email for two days now, where can I get info on this 'email server down' situation? Lincoln, NE. Yesterday when calling Support there was a recorded message that stated they were having trouble and the email server was down. Today this message did not exists but the problem here is the same. Personnel at Support know nothing 'but there are problems'? Then I read online that it's fixed? but it is not not for me. WHO KNOWS what is going on today. 2/11/2025 3:14pm Lincoln NE
