Charges more monthly than initial price agreed , poor dashboard login system. I got through and was promised a reduction of £15 per month. They said I would get notified of this by letter. It never came. Still trying to solve the problem.

Slow response time. Waited 3/4 hour for someone to answer. Then put on hold for another 10 minutes. Then told there was an outage in the area but not sure what that means, if it’s their system or something else. Then got hung up on—-par for the course. Every time I call them , you sit on hold for 3 hours with no resolution whatsoever. I’d rather kiss a box of rattlesnakes then deal with them. They take your phone number to call you back, but don’t ever expect to get a call back if you are disconnected. This is the final straw—-moving our stuff to someone else.

Trying to purchase from CEX and another in the UK that use Worldpay as a portal for payment since the last day of April. Constantly refused via a screen asking for the three digit verification of my Visa debit card despite it being entered correctly and used for purchases over 2 years.

Have not been able to complete transactions for over one week, using four different credit cards, all of which were confirmed valid and working. Contacted card issuers and got a variety of responses, all including some form of "It's WorldPay, not us or your card". Contacted WorldPay CS six days ago and got an immediate auto-reply promising my issue would be addressed within 24 hours. I have heard nothing from them. My Vendor states many US customers have reported similar problems.
