Cannot log into the Wyndham Reards website

I've tried to log in to the Wyndham Rewards website to book a room for 3 days now without luck. Always get an Auth-After-SSO error page or if it does go through it just goes right back to the sign in page. Emailed Wyndham on 3/14 and never heard back from them either.

I have deleted and re-downloaded the Wyndham Rewards app several times, with no success. The notice I get says it will be down from January 22 to January 23, it is now February 18th. I am sure staff is working hard to get it back up, we appreciate it.

account activity page missing details

Under account activity only goes back to nov 2023, even though requested 18 months. Also under account lower left notifications on reward expiring only notes if no 18 months activity, not also 4 year expire number. Always shown before their current start of year UPDATE

App has been down for a week now! This is insane! I had to chance it and go to the hotel and luckily they had a room and could book using my reward number but can’t use any points. I need to look at my upcoming reservation and possibly cancel one of the days in the middle but can’t even see my reservation!

Wyndham Rewards system down.

I have not been able to log into my rewards account for several days. Customer service says they did an upgrade to the Wyndham Rewards system, and are “working on the problem”. As a Diamond member, that travels every week, I find this completely unacceptable. I am beginning to think that their IT department has never heard of the terms “Beta Testing” or “Restore from Backup”. If this is not fixed soon, I will be switching to another chain.

Reservation System Down

Cannot get listing of my reservations on the app or online. Unable to change reservations. Link to report missing stays does not work. Customer service rep at La Quinta was very confused and I was on hold a long time with Wyndham and did not get through.

Cannot make any bookings

Can't book any Wyndham Hotels (Super 8/Days Inn etc). Been trying all morning (UK time) 15 November. I can enter search parameters which are retained on the page, but it just says no hotels can be found that match my criteria every time I make a search. I have tried three different browsers.
