Not loading app. Did surveys through email instead, gets to the final page where you click to see the points added and it freezes. App doesn't load anything at all. Been about a week.

Yougov Login Not Working

Yougov app & website both appear to be down still today (and have been for4 days now). I can't log in, even after clearing the cache, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried all 4 of the links supplied above but none of them make any difference. The Yougov login page sends a code to my email address but, when entered into the verification box, the app and website just freeze until the "Not Responding" message box pops up, with options to "Close App" or "Wait".

Yougov not working

I went to open the yougov app on my phone yesterday (and it is still happening today.)
The screen lights up then nothing. After 30 secs it says Yougov not responding.

Useless site

Not just today but their login system and support is useless. Possibly something else is wrong as whole site seems to have been hijacked by woke left wing activists. It would seem that all surveys may not be trusted.

Da settimane non ricevo il codice di accesso e non ricevo nessuna risposta ai miei messaggi email all'assistenza. Le ho provate tutte ma niente. Oggi ho ricevuto un paio di volte il codice e ogni volta l'ho inserito finalmente contenta ma ho ricevuto una scritta che dice che ci sono problemi e non so di quale genere e un altra scritta addirittura dice che l'account non risulta! Ma stiamo scherzando? Ho fatto una fatica immane ad accumulare i punti, sono una persona disabile motoria e con gravi problemi di salute da curare spesso con ricoveri eccetera e non ho intenzione di perdere i miei punti dopo avere fatto tanta fatica, nella mia situazione personale. Mi sento truffata e non è giusto. Cercate di tornare ad avere la serietà che avevate. Vi ho chiesto più volte gentilmente di aiutarmi, rispondete e risolvete; siamo ormai in troppi ad avere lo stesso problema e non va bene per nulla.

can't cash out

I can't cash out. I keep getting the "oops... something went wrong" error. Their FAQ says to try a different device. I did, but same problem. I also tried a different connection and different browser to no avail. Contacted support, but haven't heard back.

My wife does not get her yougov login code. I also do not get my login code. We have tried numerous times. We have written to them with no response at all. Yougov have not paid my wife her next $25 after she redeemed it and her login issues started just after that. It appears yougov has turned extremely toxic and it is such a pity as I really enjoyed the surveys. I think yougov is or has collapsed!!!!
Maybe they have very unprofessional people employed there now.
