I've been having problems logging in for the past 2 days, that's the website (using different browsers) and my Zipcar App. And now, when I want to check the time of my car for tomorrow, I am told my credentials are invalid again. They are great when you call them but the problem is recurring.

Zip car is the most scandalous company I have ever seen. There is no way to communicate any situations with higher authority. The CEO is pretty much non existent. They have no General Management available.

Wont let me book any cars. At one point it told me my registration isnt complete, which is not true as I have already completed trips with zipcar earlier this month. Finally got off the phone with customer service after holding for 40 mins. It wont let them book any trips for us either. There is an outage on their end. They have no update or idea of when it will be fixed, just "later." Whatever that means. So annoyed.
