Zoosk bugs after Dec Android update

Has anyone tried calling Zoosk customer phone #? All I get is a busy signal, my app is not working and the website says I am denied access? I just created my profile and PAID my subscription on Saturday. I cant even access my account to unsubscribe or call them. Is Zoosk total scam?

New Bad Profile Look

For some reason, All of a sudden My profile page that I see is Totally different. All I see is a Tab that says Basic info and a tab that says About me (which just allows me to pick 10 things I like to do). There’s No more Description area for me to type any information about myself, no more Perfect Match or Date area and I only can see my profile picture inside of a small circle icon. When going to Messages, Connections and others areas as well they’re messed up too. Others are experiencing the same thing and there’s some that are not. What the heck?? I HATE THIS. It’s a terrible change if that’s what it is. Very generic. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. I am in conversation with Zoosk about this problem and have sent them screenshots of the problem. Let’s see if it gets fixed cause it needs to be. If it doesn’t get fixed, I want my money back

I can't access my account. Gives me a blank screen. Just shows loading. Followed all the "error" correct steps several times. Reloaded. Deleted. Cleared cache, reloadef, shut ohone down, reloaded. If I try to access via the approved emial acount I received emails its shows access denied. Been trying to get into my account for over a week. Subscription and credit card form / login payment site issues.

Keep getting message that says "credit card form not ready".

When I'm trying to pay for my subscription and I fill out the form with my card details it says credit card form not ready.

And when trying go from there I then see a message that says payment not processed.

Have not been receiving anymore emails from Zoosk, still unknown WHY, What is going on...NOW. I am getting this notice when I tried logging in again...

So far Zoosk……not impressed

Gotta say, I signed up for zoosk (paid) 12/13/22, so far, I’ve had lots of bugs and issues with the site and the app both. Currently the site just tells me I’m unable to access it when I go to the log in page. I was in the middle of talking to someone on the app when it suddenly froze without warning or explanation. Now I can’t get the app to open (uninstalled and reinstalled etc). For the amount of money people dump into joining this site you’d think they could pay some decent developers or IT guys to manage the backend but apparently not……
