Can't Log into BankMobileVibe

I can't even log into the website at all from both the app and on the PC. I think they are down. Every other website works fine in terms of me logging into.

Trying to login but the website is simply not available, as if my internet is down or my browser cache is too full. Every other site works fine, cleared the cache just in case, still no dice. listed as 17 reports of failure in the last hour but this site says it's working fine. ALSO, got notice that financial aid funds are about to be distributed so I'm guessing folks are just excited and overwhelmed the site. Try again in a few hours if you see this while it's down for you!

Treating customers like children

Bankmobile Vibe, this is NOT OKAY!

Today is apparently DAY EIGHT of this nonsense!!! I can get thru to support, only to be told “the team” is working on it. It’s 2024, people. Sorry, this is unacceptable on so many levels. Customers can’t access their accounts, ie: their money! What the heck.
