The worst membership system

Everything isn't worked. The problem had lasted for a few months. I'm so disappointed! I might not go shopping at Coles or any of their related stores until they fix this problem.

It’s been going on and off for over a year and countless emails to help centre which I know all the troubleshooting issues now and it still plays up. Missed points because I can access/ activate disappointing

Can't sign in.

Have attempted to sign in a few times over the last 2 months so I can set up a PIN to use points/money towards groceries. Always says there's an error of some sort so can't sign in.. Today I tried to sign in with my email address, it says "There was an error processing your request or contact us. Alternatively, you can try login with your 16 digit card number and password" . I tried using my member number. Gave the same error notification. Used the "forgot password" link, just in case, but no email was sent. Tried again to get an email sent but received nothing again. Very frustrating. Will have to call them later.

Flybuys log in not working

Been trying to log in for last 2 weeks including trying to reset passwords. Not getting email to reset password and each time I call Flybuys on hold for 30min and then they hang up with no call back. They must be having IT issues or a data breach. I asked the representative “Joey” he advised just checking notes and then hanged up. They are a f$&king joke.

Had reached 2000 points and loaded $10 onto card. Went to use it, put in pin number and said the pin is incorrect. So couldn't use it. Then on app $10 said was spent and 2000 points taken. Wtf. Sounds like a scam to me. This is now the third time has happened. Last time when I called it was some guy from India, he barely spoke english. Total nightmare trying to explain it. Eventually got the points and $10 back. So frustrating having to do this everytime. Woolies rewards way easier.

I manage after several attempts to log into the website on my laptop but the app won't sign me in using same membership number (der!) and password (Obviously). Perhaps it's a ploy by Flybuys so that customers are not notified of offers and can't activate them!!
