Melbourne here. App shows nothing on the grid, battery and home. No solar generation showing. The inverter shows some 3kW power being generated. The battery is flashing green as always. The dongle is flashing red.

Having the same issue here 5.27am (GMT 11 - Melbourne). App not showing loads and showing battery offline. Seems to be discharging though based on the inverter screen.

Response from Fox tech support at 14:15 GMT "We are aware of the situation. It's caused by a bug we are currently fixing. Things should be restored today"

no data, but changing inv settings possible

Similar to others (no data since approx 3pm CET, battery shows offline), but I was able to update via app the battery minimum load setting to a lower value - and it worked ( it was consumed and the display at the converter now after some time shows that lower value)

FoxCloud app reporting last update at 13:49 UK. Battery showing offline. Inverter is online but last data from 13:39. Hive app appears to show live data. Electric meter shows minimal being imported despite load, indicating that the inverter is at least doing its job correctly.

From about midday UK time no data. Specifically the battery is showing offline, inverter and data logger are showing online. App shows no data and some device status. The data logger has a red flashing light indicating "cloud" issues. My internet is fine and Octopus is showing us exporting power. FoxESS cloud showing "all ok" which is obviously wrong based on the other comments here.

Battery on --%

FoxCloud stopped registering around 12.50pm (11th March2026) and states our FoxESS battery is on standby and on --%. People I know with the same system are reporting the same issue and that hopefully should be back working in the next few hours. Fingers crossed!

Can confirm also having the same issue.
- Inverter and battery are locally working fine, no errors or alerts reported on the device.
- Battery listed as offline in the app and no data being recorded/displayed for the plant or devices.
- Datalogger LED indicates incomplete connection to cloud server.
