I just subscribed to masterclass and when I opened I found a problem with the website and an 'internal server error' message pop-ed.

Won't load

Checkin screen loading for the last 8 minutes. Have refreshed, cleared cache, used incognito. No dice. It just keeps loading and not moving to next screen.

Says login details are incorrect even when reset

Will not let me log in. Says I have wrong email/password, which I knew I didn't. I reset password (only lets you if you have an active email so that's definitely correct). Used new password to log in. Still says it's wrong! Tried re-setting password twice, definitely typing it correctly, just will not let me in. So crazy and frustrating!!!
