Alternative sites do care when disgusting items posted

BDSMLR DOES care what is posted and monitors posts and blocks the sick disgusting pedo crap as well as other posts that violates the rules. And users DO FLAG that crap as well. REBLOGME.COM is a newer version of BDSMLR which many prefer over BDSMLR
The problem with giving alternatives publically is the the sick disgusting pedos will move to those sites and end up destroying them too. The don't care... they are a plague... infest a site, scorch it to the ground with their sick postings, and them move on to destroy the next site they find to infest.

I got the same messages that everyone else as. Their content rules caused this to happen. I used to check ratings for them. If you thought someone was posting underage pics you had to prove the pic was someone underage not the poster of the pic. Same was true with bestiality pics. I only was currently posting just a few pics a day currently. the whole one pic at a time was just to much.

Well that ends that! I rocked my gay p*** NT blog , it was fun — but could tell this was gonna happen. The pedos mostly got banned late last year (along with hundreds of non pedo accounts) but more recently they were worming their way back in via VPN, like NordVPN . I’m not talking about twink p*** where the “boys” look plausibly 18ish, I’m talkimg about literal children. Shame it turned out this way but I’m zero % surprised. Thanks NT for giving it all a try, I disagreed with the excess banning but the fact is none of us paid you a cent so you owed us nothing - and you gave us much. Thank you.

DO NOT start a blog at newTumbl

These people are insane and incompetent. They openly threaten all their users that they'll delete you without explanation, without debate, without appeal. They post messages to their own users saying "We will delete you without explanation" and they think this is in any way a sane method to run a business. You cannot operate a social media platform which relies on user generated content while arrogantly and abusively threatening everyone and advertising the fact that your platform is openly hostile. After 3 years running our popular blog we were deleted, and we don't know why. We broke NO TERMS. None. We were one of the most responsible users of the platform and even reported other content that was abusive or suspicious. I even defended them in the past saying that people who had been deleted probably did breach their terms. But we NEVER HAVE. Again, these people are insane, utterly incompetent, totally delusional and the platform will not survive to the end of 2023. We saw at least 10 other great accounts disappear in the week before we were banned. None of them were irresponsible either. Even if you do create an account, their site doesn't load half the time and you'll get an error message.
They started out claiming to be a haven for communities fleeing Tumblr, now they're worse than Tumblr was in the great purge.

After 3+ yrs. on newTumbl I was deleted 2 wks ago. Same as all of you. Never posted a thing I felt was out of line with the TOS. I had watched many of the blogs I followed be terminated in the month prior to my own, I knew it was only a matter of time before I would join them. I was even on when I was disappeared. The people at nT have no rhyme or reason it seems to their deletion of blogs other than their lame excuse that you violated their TOS therefore you must die. No chance to know just what you violated or the opportunity to remove the offending post. Just your obliteration because you failed to read their minds on the ever moving hidden definitions of their TOS.

The three main reasons we are removing accounts are as follows:

#1. Posting Personal Identifying Info. Often called Doxxing or Exposure. ID's, addresses, employers, etc (regardless of whether it's your own, have permission, or consent) is not allowed. Unfortunately, this information always ends up being used to cause irreparable real-life harm.

This is considered Threatening & Harassment which is illegal by law. If you don't agree, please consult with your elected officials & local government.


#2. Posting Content of Minors. This is anyone who is believed to be "under the age of consent" for their images being used in ANY way whether SFW or Not. Did they turn 18 yesterday? We don't care & will look it up, or keep a database to track it. We will error on the side of caution so if they look young, simply don't post or reblog it.

This is considered Exploitation of a Child which is illegal by law. If you don't agree, please consult with your elected officials & local government.


#3. Posting Copyrighted Content or using it in a way not intended by the original content owner. We receive dozens of DMCA takedown requests a week. If you are posting pictures & then they disapear... Thats a good sign it’s already been identified as copyright violation prior. We will remove & comply with all lawful requests by the content owners.

This is a Violation of Intellectual Copyright which is illegal by law. If you don't agree, please consult with your elected officials & local government.

- All terminations are permanent. Seriously, we really can't reinstate something we've wiped from our system. It's gone gone!

Incompetence and bad ban system

Got my account banned few days ago, for no apparent reason. Made a new account, and from what I can see there was a big purge, and now Newtumbl feels pretty dead. No info about why accounts are getting banned. Meanwhile they are very arrogant, ignorant on their Twitter account. NewTumbl is not even loading regardless of computer type or VPN, like NordVPN used or native IP.

NewTumbl randomly deletes accounts without explanation and without the possibility of redress or dialogue. Photos are randomly deleted without explanation. nT staff are completely unresponsive to enquiries, and if one should write a negative statement on one’s blog about the situation you get axed.

The site seems to be down yet again today. None of the features are loading. There isn't anyway to contact a moderator or administrator. This site continues to disappoint
