SDCCU down

Them mobile app is down, and the website is down. I just spoke to a SDCCU representative after 49 minutes on hold and they said it is all down.

Banking app login won’t work but website is fine. What’s going on?

The banking app won’t let me log in anymore today. It keeps says “invalid username/password or account access is restricted” however I can log into the website just fine.

Mobile Deposit failure

Can't make mobile deposits, it's been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months. Usually after 2 days it'll deposits but not this time. I need to be about to deposit my money when I don't have access to an ATM or branch. This issue shouldn't be on going!

ATM CASH DEP FAILURE

Went to College branch then it said atm cash deposit option not available. Then went to Mission Valley branch and the atm was making grinding noises when it needed to count $20 in mixed bills and it tried to return my money and only did $2 then I could not retrieve my card or the remainder of my cash. But it kept counting it over and over and grinding!

Another day - another day with no access to SDCCU - for the amount of money they praise themselves about donating, youd think they would fix their website and app or hire better IT

Very Slow APP

The SDCCU APP, is Very, Very, Slow, also why can't I download and print my Bank Statements, Why Do have to pay to receive them, online or paper?

The Online bank services APP it is sooo slow, keeps Very Frustrating, giving me an error when trying to log in, I have to keep changing my password. Also why can we download and print out the bank statements?

Connectivity issues with Copper App.

I have been trying for the last couple of days to connect my Sdccu account to my Copper banking app without success. Copper states they are having connectivity issues with SDCCU specifically.

I have been trying for two days to log on and have been unable. Apparently they are having "intermittent connectivity issues". Also, the $5000 deposit limit makes life difficult. I would love to have that amount increased.

Can't make mobile deposit. I select that I wanted to deposit to my checking account and then enter the amount of the check and when I hit enter it resets instead of prompting me to take a photo of the check.

13MAY2022 2 pm: I can't seem to access the app or the website. It was working earlier this morning, but now it just times out saying an error occurred and to call 877-732-2848 for assistance but based on past experience, if I call they'll just tell me their system is down too.

I can get to their home page. However, after entering my password, the connection is reset. I have tried two different PCs and a mobile device, three browsers and three different networks to no avail.
