DON'T WORK

I've replaced the Sengled Bulbs because, there's nothing you can do to fix them. Can't log in, can't do anything with app, can't create new account. Jeez

Nothing on the app works. The response to any action is “The operation failed, please try again”. Can’t creat an account or do anything. Garbage….

Not working with anything as of this weekend

Same here as seen above and another comment it stopped working with Alexa. It now has stopped working with Google HOME and the Sengled app just keeps saying my phone has lost Internet and it hasn't. I guess my next option is to get a completely separate smartplug. And set up a schedule through that.

The worst. I'm looking at replacing all my Sengled lights. I can't login to the app so I can no longer control my lights. First, Alexa stopped working. Second, I can't login to the app. Third, I'll be replacing all my lights with something else.

Can no longer control Sengled bulbs at all

I lost the ability to control the Sengled bulbs with Alexa quite awhile back, and lost the ability to control them with the Sengled app this past weekend. Today, I cannot even sign onto the app.

Down Again...

Device control, of my Sengled bulbs and smart plugs ceased, on the 29th, at about 10am local. This the second outage, since the one in June. And if they don't bring it up, within a day or two, I'm gonna get rid of it all and restore the X10 setup that it replaced.

Sengled not connecting with Alexa

For three weeks, I have tried to connect my Sengled bulb to Alexa. I have sent a few emails to Sengled with no response at all. It would be helpful if someone responds either from Sengled or Alexa. I will buy another smart bulb from Feit. At least I can control the bulb from the Sengled app on my phone.

This is the second time in 2 months that Sengled servers have been down for over a week. With the servers being down you can’t setup new lights, can’t operate previously setup lights, and Alexa is not able to turn on or off lights. The help desk at Sengled doesn’t respond to you either.

Sengled/Alexa Link Broken

Sengled app, hub, and bulbs are working, but the app will no longer link to Alexa. Amazon is blaming Sengled but the Sengled services seem to be up and working. Are any Google users having trouble?

Need to refund purchases

Sengled is still not connecting to Alexa, can’t login to the app. This is 2nd extended outage in the last 2 months. I wished that I could get a refund on my products I have purchased from sengled.

There seems to consistently be an issue with Sengled and their app or Sengled and Alexa's compatability it causes more headaches than not considering the price is hefty for the devices and hub it should be seamless and hassle free 99% of the time

Sengled not showing in Alexa skill search.

Alexa is saying that the Sengled skill does not exist when I try to try to enable the skill. This is something new and unique as of today 07/10/2025 and I am located in Lodi, California. The skill was linked and working fine until this morning at approximately 06:30. The app still works but, the Alexa app will not re-link or show up on Alexa…

Sengled App is working but, link with Alexa is not working. To clarify, Alexa is not responding to verbal or touch commands to operate Sengled devices. I have tried unlinking but, it will not re-link…

There has not been any official statement about the outage. I have contacted support but haven't gotten any reply. Seems we as customers are abandoned now by this company.

App is broken - multiple phones

The app stopped loading yesterday. It doesn’t remember the scenes, or settings. It also stopped working on my husband’s phone. It keeps saying “operation failed, please try again.”

Still down

Seems I'm having same issue as everyone else. My hub and all bulbs, even the wireless bulbs that don't require a hub, stopped responding. App keeps saying "operation failed, please try again". I tried rebooting my router, no use. Can turn bulbs on at switch, but can't adjust brightness. Cannot contact sengled directly. So frustrating. I have 9 bulbs and a smart plug.

Alexa - This device unresponsive

The operation failed, please try again

I am getting the same issue. It started June 18th and continues today. Hopefully when people return from holiday tomorrow they will fix this outage. At this point just sit tight not much we can do but wait.

FYI, I reinstalled the app and then couldn’t sign back in or reset pwd. Getting the error “the operation failed, please try again”. Since so many of us are getting the same error it’s pretty clear issue is on their backend systems and will need fixing by their IT staff.

Bulb, hub and app not working

Same here. My lights stop responding. When I open the app on my iphone it won't work. I reset my lights and hub, still won't work. Logged of my account on sengled but I can't log back in it says "The operation failed, please try again". Tried to change password same message.

Sengled Bulbs Stopped Working

All my lights stopped communicating last night (6/18/25) and still don’t work. Outlets for some reason work, just not bulbs. App keeps failing too.
I use iPhone and iPad for app and Alexa for controls.
