Cannot reach the 24 hour telephone line either through 611 from the phone, or to their direct #. Ugh

The Fix

For anyone reading these, you're here because the Tello website never works.
Their service is great, their website sucks. Log on from Tor Browser. Not sure why, Works every time.

Broke after creating through google account

Website isn't working, I was able to select what plan I wanted then it just quit. I signed in with my Google account and now I'm worried something is going to get all messed up with my Google.

It also went down for me while I was signing up. My home wired ISP is Comcast and tello.com doesn't answer pings. However, it does work from my office ISP and my current wireless network. Same computer, only problem is on Comcast (which is fine otherwise). Wierd. Glad to hear its not just me.

on 2 separate days, I tried to start an account & it bounced me out & then said that "This site can’t be reached tello.com took too long to respond" I tried all of the suggestions: clearing browser & cache, etc. nothing has worked. seems like this happens alot. I have Spectrum internet.
